The hotel's in-house restaurant brings authentic Turkish flavours to Muscat. Freshly carved chicken and meat doner, charcoal kebabs such as Adana, Iskender, shish taouk and lamb chops are served alongside mezze, soups and crisp salads, stone-baked pizzas and Turkish sweets like baklava and kunafa. Cool off with fresh juices and milkshakes, or finish with a traditional Turkish coffee or tea.
